A mixed bag. I only try to book an appointment when I feel really ill and mostly fail to be seen. I'd rather be ill sometimes than being badly triaged.

The physio should have shown up on time. I was at the room at 7:55 for an 8am appointment. She went in the room at 8:05, calling me in at 8:10. A good session was had. Your complaints about patients missing appointments is undermined by your staff being late. This was the 3rd time that physiotherapists have been late. While sitting waiting I saw several staff walking in in the last couple of minutes before 8am. I'm sure many 8am appointments would be late as staff settled in. Stop complaining at us while you're not ready yourselves.

Good practice

On the online triage request form there is no option to book an appointment if you don't have an injury or illness. I have had to book appointments for vaccines or medication reviews and had to go through the triage form with false information, then in the writing box explain what I actually need. It would be better to have a button that says I need an appointment but there is no illness/injury, then people could choose that and explain or use the body map if there is a need for it.

Cannot get to see a doctor and prescription made by guesswork,have to stand In reception and let everyone know your personal problems. They lost my sample and no feedback given on results.

Get the doctors to see their patients in person.

I visited in practice Physio Dan thorugh examination about my sciatica.supplied a small chart of stretches and advice about paracetamol and nsads I was prescribed amitriptyline initially at 10mg but he consulted a doctor and he increased it to 20mg. I was a bit surprised that Dan said I could get a visit with the local physio centre but wgen I enquired I was told that a serious appt 4 to 6 weeks and if not up to 18weeks!!

Negotiate shorter times on physio centre, perhaps arrange a xray or cat scan to check out my lower back. Perhaps a check up to follow, how I'm doing it's been 5 or 6 weeks

Hitesh and I had a good discussion regarding my medication and changes have been made to ordering and supply issues. Unfortunately he has not been able to overcome the supply problems for Trulicity but he has made changes to simplify my statin medication. So thank you
